Every year, members step forward to serve in leadership roles that keep our Aerie strong, welcoming, and active. Learning Open House

Saturday, April 11 • 5:00 to 7:00 PM

Join us for an open house where you can meet current officers, learn about each position, ask questions, and discover how you can contribute. Whether you are curious about leadership or simply want to understand how the Aerie operates, this is a relaxed and friendly opportunity to explore.


Nominations Night

Tuesday, April 21 • 7:30 PM
During the Regular Aerie Business Meeting

Members in good standing may be nominated for office. If you care about the future of our Aerie and want to help shape it, consider accepting a nomination.


Who Can Run

To be eligible for nomination, members must:

  • Be in good standing with dues paid
  • Be willing to attend meetings and fulfill the duties of the office
  • Be ready to support the Aerie and work as part of a team

Open Positions for 2026

Worthy President

Leads meetings, oversees Aerie operations, and guides programs and membership.
Requirement: Must have served in another Aerie office for a full year.

Worthy Vice-President

Assists the President, presides in their absence, and supports membership and activity planning.

Secretary

Maintains membership records and MMS entries, receives applications and dues, issues notices, keeps minutes, and manages official correspondence.

Treasurer

Receives and safeguards funds, pays authorized bills, maintains financial records, and works with Trustees on financial oversight.

Worthy Conductor (appointed)

Assists with initiation, floor work, and orderly conduct of meetings.

Inside Guard (appointed)

Controls admission to meetings and helps maintain order and ritual decorum.

Aerie Auditor (appointed)

Reviews financial records, verifies proper handling of funds, and provides an annual audit report.

Board of Trustees

Oversees Aerie property, building, equipment, employees, and rentals.
Manages House Rules and supervises funds.
Meets weekly to conduct ongoing business.
