The Trustees are pleased to announce that our brother and Chef extraordinaire, Dylan Lee has been named our new Kitchen Manager effective 10/1/25.

Dylan has been a fixture at the Club and at Shadowland for sometime now while starting his own pop up catering business. He is an amazing Chef, and even a better human being.

We look forward to what culinary delights he will bring to our kitchen while enlivening old favorites like Taco Wednesday and Steak night.
