Located at 4426 California Avenue Southwest, our spacious Aerie Hall is available for private rentals. Whether you’re planning a celebration, meeting, or special gathering, our venue offers flexible options to suit your needs.

Rental Areas & Options

  • Aerie Hall: The main event space available for rent. Other areas of the club are reserved for members unless otherwise arranged.
  • Bar Access: Available for members and non-members, subject to Washington State Liquor Laws.
  • Kitchen Access: Available as an add-on for both members and non-members.

Rental Variables

  • Membership Status: Eagle Members receive discounted rates! Pricing and access options vary for members and non-members.
  • Bar & Kitchen Use: Choose to include bar and/or kitchen access with your rental.
  • Event Timing: Rentals are available until 1:30 A.M. (music must stop by 1:00 A.M.).

Important Details

  • Compliance: All renters and guests must follow Washington State Liquor Laws and club policies.
  • Clean-Up: All clean-up must be completed by 1:30 A.M. on the night of your event.
